But the irony is the COVID-19 cases are kept on increasing compared to last year. Do you know the reason for the second wave of covid-19? One of the main reasons is a mutation of the virus. The public and we people are also one of the reasons for this second wave. I have seen some people who don't wear masks and also don't follow social distancing.

The second wave of covid-19 is seriously a threat to most of us. As a nation, we are fighting to protect ourselves from this deadly coronavirus. It is our duty to stay safe and stay healthy. You don't go outside until it is mandatory. Always wear the mask, sanitize your hand and wash your hands very often. Kindly follow the social distancing.

You have to build your immune system stronger to fight against the coronavirus. I will share with you the healthy daily routine to stay healthy during this pandemic covid situation.

A portion of healthy food is always homemade food. It is important to have all the proteins and vitamins on your daily food menu. Your daily food menu should include all the vitamins which are required for your health.

A healthy diet is very much important during this pandemic situation. A healthy and balanced diet always builds up your immune system.
