Overview of WhiteHat jr interview process
WhiteHat jr follows a 5-step recruitment process. The recruitment process begins in a Telephonic interview and ends in Demo class 3. Read the step-by-step selection process below.

The first step The WhiteHat Jr Recruitment team checks whether you a laptop and a good broadband connection. Once, the 5 step selection process is over you will have training sessions for less than a week. You have to consider the interviewer as a student and take a class in all the 3 demo interviews. When you successfully complete the training period, you will start teaching the WhiteHat Jr students.
1.Telephonic interview
In the telephonic interview, the WhiteHat jr recruiter team ask about the following details.
- Name
- Educational Qualification
- Prior Coding experience
- Laptop
- Broadband connection
The laptop and broadband connection is mandatory. Once the telephonic round is done, the recruiter team arrange the technical round.
2. Coding test round
You have to clear the WhiteHat jr coding test round. There are 5 questions and the time duration is 45 mins. Each question carries 100 marks. You have to score 250 marks to clear this round. Once you have cleared the coding test, the WhiteHat jr technical support team checks your system's internet speed and they will explain the WhiteHat jr Panel window. They explain the panel interface such as how to share the screen, how to mute/unmute, how to show/stop the camera, how to enter full-screen mode, how to use the teacher/student activity panel. Once the technical round is over, they will schedule the WhiteHat jr Demo1 interview in 2 or 3 days.
3. Demo class 1
The PDF will be provided to you once you are done with the technical round. The recruiter team will send you a mail that has the link to PDF, a sample demo video, and a link to attend the interview. You have to prepare the first 25 pages of PDF in demo1. The key points to clear the Demo1 round are as follows:
- Follow the sequence (The sequence PDF will be mailed separately or they will send you the sequence PDF in Whatsapp).
- Don't skip the sequence. Just go by it.
- Be confident.
- Your voice tone must be confident and fluent in English.
- Explore the functions used in the code part of the PDF.
- Prepare also the additional activity part (code part) of the PDF.
You can easily crack the Demo1 interview. You will know the result immediately.
3. Demo class 2
The demo round 2 gets scheduled in 3 to 5 days once you cleared the Demo1 interview. The new PDF will be given to you based on your educational qualification. Here, you have to prepare the complete PDF. As in demo1, the sequence PDF will be given to you. And, you must follow the sequence. The demo2 round is a little bit harder than the Demo1 round. So, you have to be well prepared and follow the tips of demo1. You must concentrate on the coding part. Try to learn and work more on the coding part. And also try to learn the technical words which are used in the PDF. As demo1, your interview status will be communicated to you immediately after the interview. The most important thing is time management. You have to deliver the content in 45mins.
3. Demo class 3
The demo round 3 gets scheduled in 3 to 5 days once you cleared the Demo2 interview. You have to prepare the same PDF which was given in demo2. Here, look at your communication, pronunciation, presentation skill, time management, and coding part. As in demo1 and demo2, You have to follow the sequence and concentrate well on the wrap-up part.
